We take the security of every member's personal and financial information seriously. The mykad99 system is equipped with 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions, ensuring no sensitive data is exposed during information transfers.
Our identity verification (KYC) process is simple and efficient. Every new account goes through a brief check to confirm the account holder's identity, prevent unauthorised use, and protect all parties. The process is typically completed quickly and only requires basic documents.
For added security, you are encouraged to use a strong and unique password. Our system also detects suspicious login attempts and will notify you automatically via email. Secure access to your account is available at any time through an encrypted HTTPS connection.
The mykad99 mobile app is designed to deliver a gaming experience on par with the desktop version, yet even more convenient for everyday use. You can log in, make deposits, claim bonuses, and play any of your favourite games directly from your smartphone.
The app supports both Android and iOS platforms, with an interface optimised for touch screens. Fast navigation, easy-to-tap buttons, and crisp game displays make every session more enjoyable wherever you are — at home, on the go, or during a break.
Every app update brings performance improvements and new features. Our development team continuously listens to user feedback to ensure the mykad99 app remains the top choice for Malaysian players.
